Man muss ein paar Sachen eben wissen, wenn man hier herkommt: Essen und Getränke muss man sich selber holen. Dabei denk immer an die weisse Karte, denn darauf wird Deine Rechnung gebucht - Schritt für Schritt. Wobei es einen Logikschnitt gibt, den ich nicht verstehe: Dadurch, dass es hier ganz ohne Servierservice abgeht, könnte man auch die Karte einfach liegen lassen und gehen - aber denken wir einmal, dass so böse keiner is(s)t. Doch ab nun geht es steil aufwärts: Wenn man einmal sein Essen gefangen hat und wenn es auf dem Tisch steht, dann schmeckt es. Wir nehmen die leckeren Tacos Boname zur Vorspeise - oder den gemischten Vorspeisenteller. Auch bei den Hauptspeisen gibt es Gutes im arabisch-türkischen Stil. Wirklich herzhaft lecker, viel Lamm aber auch Veganes. Zu Trinken gibt es San Pellegrino oder auch alkoholfrei Gemixtes - natürlich auch Bier und Wein. Ich finde es sehr lecker und da ich meine Eigenversorgung übernommen habe, überschätze ich wieder einmal meinen Hunger. Ich fasse es mal so zusammen: Mit grösseren, losen Gruppen, die keine konzentrierten Dinge zu besprechen haben - für die ist das Boname locker, lecker und geeignet. Dadurch, dass jeder immer mal unterwegs ist, um etwas zu holen bleibt es wuselig. Dafür ist das Essen wirklich lecker und zum Sattwerden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This place was great! Went with a couple of friends about a year ago and can't wait to go back next time I'm in Germany. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for Turkish food in the area.

This restaurant was just like Vapiano which I really enjoyed because of how simple it is to order food and then pay.

The sitting area was nice because of the large amount of tables that one could sit at outside. It isn't the restaurants fault but it was apart of my eating experience and there were so many wasps flying around that it affected me enjoying my meal. We killed 3 of them during our meal. The tables are all close to each other which is only a problem when people around you smoke and here in Germany that is very common.

Now for the food! :)
For an appetizer I wanted to try the Pide so I ordered the eggplant Pide with a mint yogurt sauce. It had a lot of flavor and the mint sauce was refreshing and delicious.
For my main course I had the Beyti Tavuklu. Very tasty meal with a lot of flavors from the mint sauce, chicken, and vegetables. The food here was very good and for me different which I enjoyed.

I shared both of these meals and when I left I felt like I got a really good deal on the food and had a full stomach which believe me isn't easy. Had a great experience here and would recommend trying it.

Quite a disappointment in many ways: I ordered the pide with tuna and had to wait 20 minutes. Then finally the buzzer hummed and when I went to pick it up, the unfriendly staff told me that there was no pide ordered (of course, I had it on my printed receipt). Staff became even unfriendlier, told me that I'd get the pide in 5 minutes. And yes, so I did: A half done pide was smashed on my tray without a word.
Okay guys, you won't see me again, there are nicer places around this area!

More friendly and funny than in Berghain but less "massive". Definitely not snob too.


I like small place like that where you can meet peoples an be quickly out if you want some fresh air.

We were looking for a nice place to wind down on a friday night to eat and drink a little and sit outdoors. We found the ideal spot. I really liked this place. It's the perfect combination of comfortable and chic. The service was friendly. I have to admit it took a bit long for the food to be ready, but otherwise fantastic. The food was delicious. I recommend the Pida with feta and ruccola. Will be back.
