Bunca

I stopped in early on a weekday morning for a cup of coffee and a pastry - service was friendly and fast, my flat white was fantastic (one of the best ones I've had in the past year), and my pastel de nata was delicious.

Bunca doesn't have wifi, but they do have a lovely sitting area in the back that wasn't too crowded when I was there. I considered buying coffee beans in my way out, but by then, a line had formed out the door! From my brief experience, Bunca's popularity is totally deserved!

Bunca is definitely a great little cafe in Frankfurt's Willy Brandt Platz area. I have never had the chance to sit inside as it is crowded (good for them!) and I am usually on the run, but I can say that they offer great customer service for to-go customers and even gave my dog some water when he was suffering from the heat outside.

I got a flat white here and it came in one of the most beautiful cups I have ever seen. It kind of made my day (that and the great taste of the coffee).

My only complaint about this place is its lack of wifi. I understand why cafes often do this, but as a person who works from cafes, it is difficult for me to settle in and visit cafes without wifi frequently. In an area like WBP though, it is probably best to not offer wifi as they can keep business and seats turning over more frequently.

Nevertheless, I will be back here often every time I am in the area. They take pride in their coffee and customer service and places like this are not easy to come by.

It's the best coffee I've ever had in Europe. The tastes and styles of their coffees are very similar to what I have in Seattle. Most of coffee shops in UK, Denmark, and Germany don't have arts on latte, but this place does a very impressive latte arts. Milk is steamed perfectly coz the foam is very smooth and very tasty.

I'm not a coffee expert but I know when it's delicious and this one is like give me two cappuccinos right now. I can't resist cakes in combination with coffee, so I have tried bananabread, for my taste it's a bit to sweet. Interior it's very nice minimalistic and grunge, stuff super nice! Can't wait to go back.

Filter coffee is amazing! I dont like filter coffee, but in this place it is definitely worth to try!! The one from Kenya is my favourite between the 3.

The atmosphere is very nice with a good vibe, but I found the coffee (I had a cappuccino) quite weak and without much flavor.
