Christinenhof Hotel-Garni

I have been staying in this bed-and-breakfast every year or two for over a decade. It's terrific!

Nice spotlessly clean rooms. Lovely bathrooms with decent plumbing (not something to take for granted in Europe ), friendly staff, and reasonable rates.

They are just outside Dreieich on a farm. They keep horses, and a couple of big shaggy pleasant dogs wander the property. (Don't worry - they stay outdoors.)

They also serve a nice German style breakfast buffet that my wife enjoys - perhaps too much!

Walk 5 minutes and you are in downtown Dreieich . Drive 15 minutes and you are in downtown Frankfurt. It's a convenient stay in the country, instead of the ant-hill hotels you usually have to put up with on business trips. And since its inexpensive, your bookkeeper should be happy too!
