Oasen mag ich sehr und bin damit wohl nicht alleine.

Das coffeemamas ist so eine in Moabit. Ein Cafe, das vor Stammgästen nur so sprudelt und doch jeden Fremden willkommen heisst. Ein Cafe, in dem man ganz selbstverständlich seinen Tisch teilt, wenn es mal knapp werden wird. Und dann ins Gespräch kommt mit eben noch Wildfremden. Eines, in dem die Mitarbeiter freundlich, flexible und menschlich sind - und die Chefin eine von ihnen.

Ein Cafe, das immer wieder mit Leckereien aufwartet. Aktuell gibt es köstliche Pralinen an der Theke, die hervorragend zu den Tees passen. Denn ja, hier gibt es auch Tee, ich hatte den Orangen-Ingwertee als kleine Unterstützung für mein Immunsystem bei den aktuellen Wetterkapriolen.

Das coffeemamas könnte ebenso in Prenzlberg oder Kreuzberg sein, aber es hier an der Kirchstrasse zu finden, macht es zu was besonderem und ich nutze es gern für meine Moabiter Verabredungen.

5 Sterne, weil hier Cafe gelebt und nicht nur angeboten wird.

Very friendly place with several sorts of chai tea and delicious cakes. I really enjoy its local atmosphere and design. Nice photographs are hanging on the walls.
If you have three to four hours to spend between two flights in Berlin Tegel and want to get some Berlin mood, this is the place to go to. :)

Not really an American cafe but pretty close an American cafe would have to have more unnecessary aspects to it, like 20-30 more flavored syrups available but they do have one or two which a good start. They do have great sandwiches for three euros. I had a turkey and tomato on baguette and a slice of carrot cake with a green tea to finish. The carrot cake was excellent just like homemade not to sweet and just enough cream cheese frosting. Their brownie was very strong, dark chocolate flavor was intense but a little too dry for my taste. Very good selection of teas and good coffee. They also have a few types of bagels and you can order your sandwich on a bagel if you like I tried the fresh kase(cream cheese) and tomato poppyseed bagel it was wholly satisfying for only 2 euro fifty. I also really like the atmosphere of the cafe in the down time, there is a room in the back and it is very spacious and quite, there are also books and toys in a small kids play area so if you well mannered kids this is def a plus. I assume when it gets busy here its more of a trendy place to chat with friends but come when it is not busy and enjoy yourself for a while.
