FIT / ONE

Die ersten Monate nach der Eröffnung war das Studio O.K. Kompetentes Personal, meist weiblich, freundlich und höflich.
Heute ist das Personal eher unfähig, dabei auch arrogant und eingebildet (auf was ?) und teilweise auch frech. Vielfach Studenten, ohne jegliche Ahnung.
Der Herrenumkleidebereich ist mittlerweile total versifft, hier wird tagelang nicht gereinigt, die Schränke sind innen ebenfalls verdreckt. Das ist schon ein Fall für das Ordnungs-/Gesundheitsamt.
Reklamationen werden einfach nicht bearbeitet oder weitergegeben, das Personal interessiert eigentlich gar nichts. Schade..................

This gym is okay. A little worn down from years of being open. Staff was pretty nice and the sauna for the men was available which is not always the case. They only have one sauna btw unlike some other fit ones I've been to. It's a little out of my way but fit one will not allow me quit my contract which is unreal. Visited the new fit one and though everything was nice they do not have a men's sauna. Staff was also nice and helpful. The Würzburg fit one has to be the best one. Three floors, a lot of classes and 6-7 saunas available
