Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Sam D.Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Berlin18116. Sept. 2017
I visited here after finding it on the internet as I was in Berlin for a few days, I wanted to by a lens for my Nikon F3. I walked into the shop and the man working there didn't even acknowledge me or my fathers existence for a good 5-10 minutes until I took it upon myself to pick up a camera to look at it to which the man shouted at me very angrily "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, YOU ASK IF YOU WANT". So I asked him had he any 35mm Nikon lenses to which he instantly replied "no", I deemed this to be untrue as there was well over 300 Nikon mount lenses there and he couldn't possibly know what he had and didn't have in the cluttered mess that is that shop. I had spotted a 28mm lens that I was also interested in and I asked him if I could look at it and he barked at me "where is it, be careful", I brought him down to the cabinet and he took it out for me and I put it on my camera to look at it and he barked again "no photography" (ironic seeing as it is a camera shop but anyway). After some deliberation with my father I decided to purchase the lens, it was €80. I payed for it and left. He didn't even give me a lens cap that fit the lens. The man who worked there, who presumably owns it, was generally the rudest person I have ever come across in a shop, the shop has the potential to be brilliant as there are very few like it around anymore. Customer service was absolutely awful unfortunately.
