      Not long ago I visited the shop Future Sport, because I needed new gear for the starting baseball season.
      I wanted to buy a new under armour shirt, pair of pants, shoes, a belt, have look at the bats and maybe order a new glove.
      I went in, there were a few clients, but not more than 3-4. First I just looked around curiously, waiting that maybe someone asks if they could help me and what I was looking for. Well, it never happened. After 15-20 minutes I asked one assistant (apparently a school kid doing a traineeship) that I wanted to try some under armour shirts. He looked at me, disappeared behind the shelves and brought me one to try. I asked if I could try a few different ones, so that I can then choose which one fits the best. At the same time arrived a delivery man and this kid, disappeared for about 10 minutes to carry the boxes. So, 10 minutes of waiting. Then he brought me another shirt. I tried that too. Then he disappeared again to chat with another kid (also doing his traineeship). Then the owner passed by and I asked him if I could try one size bigger of the same shirt. He looked at me nervously and asked loud: "Which one do you want then?!"
      Out of the two shirts I then chose one. As I wanted to pay, I had to wait another 15 minutes, because it seemed nobody had the time to serve me, although there were three co-workers and just three clients at the moment. In the end it took me about an hour to buy one shirt.
      And well, after this lack of customer service and waiting, do you think I bought also the shoes, pants, belt, bat and ordered a new glove? Absolutely not. If I hadn't needed the shirt immediately, I would have ordered it online too.
      Because of this inexistent customer service, Future Sport didn't only lose 400 euros of sales that day, but also a customer, that they will never see again.
      I advice everybody to buy gear somewhere else, anywhere else, order online. If you don't want to waste your time and ruin your day, don't go to Future Sport.
