Hunde Hotel Hasse

Excellent service, super friendly and punctual. Always take amazing care of our dog. They are located in a beautiful rural area south of Stuttgart, but will drive to Panzer or Patch and meet you to pick up your dog. We've made several late appointments with them and they managed to make room for our dog. I highly recommend Hunde Hotel Haase.

Them charging by the day rather than the night doesn't bother me much, as they do provide an excellent service, though we have only used them when we had to leave home for more than a day, usually a 4+ days. The other dog hotels in the area seem to do the same thing it seems.

I've always dropped my dog off during the week or if it was weekend, I may have driven out to their farm. I can't remember. It's a nice drive, you should at least do it once :)

Largely not a positive experience at Hunde Hotel Hasse. It's a nice place, and I'm sure they treat the dogs well, but you should be aware of a few things and be ready for surprises.

Be aware that they charge 2 days of service for a single night stay. If you drop off your dog on a Thursday afternoon, and you pick up your dog on the following Friday morning at 0900, you are charged for 2 days stay. How would you like it if you checked into a hotel on Friday afternoon and check out at 1100 on Saturday morning and be charged for 2 days? This is their standard practice.

Also, I was charged 42 Euros for pick-up service at Panzer Kassearne because it was a Saturday. I was told it was no charge. I will say that their website doesn't address Saturday pick ups. It just states that M-F, free pick up at Panzer. However, as I mentioned, when speaking with the owner over the phone, he stated there would be no charge. When I got the bill, I was surprised of the additional charge and extra day of stay that I wasn't expecting.
