Jack Wolfskin Store

A nice store to buy travel gear and clothing. Had to go in and buy a day pack and their selection is quite good and the prices are the same at this small shop as buying at Globetrotter.

The staff however are not fantastic here as they wait around and don't offer any assistance unless you ask for it.

I will come back here to buy a few more things and their stuff is of decent quality and not that expensive.

Was hoping to get a nice wintry fleece & knew Jack Wolfskin was the German equivalent to the North Face, Marmot, etc... we sought out the Munich shop soon as we could

There was an exceptionally freezing cold front in Germany the time we were there & we were completely unprepared for the cold, snow & rain

And, unfortunately they were not carrying their fleece long underwear or heavier coats at the this time - we saw lighter fleeces & short-sleeved tops. But then again, how were they to know about the cold front?

I did find a nice longer 3/4 length hoodie jacket but alas, they did not have my size

And while there was no cold gear that fit my need, I liked their nice bright colors for the season - pinks, bright greens & oranges. Had I had even a modicum of luggage space left open, I'd have made a purchase or 3
