Motel One Frankfurt-Messe

Was dieses Hotel auszeichnet sind die Mitarbeiter. Nirgendwo anders wurde ich so herzlich begrüßt und so zuvorkommend behandelt. Ich bin inzwischen ein Stammgast und in Frankfurt gibt es für mich kein anderes Hotel mehr.
Es wird einem, im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten, alles möglich gemacht. Vom Wunschzimmer, über die Aufbettung, der Lagerung von meinen Sachen über das Wochenende, etc.
Wenn man die Woche über unterwegs ist, dann ist es schön an einem Ort zu übernachten, wo man sich wirklich zu Hause fühlt.
Was ich auch sehr empfehlen kann ist die Bar. Zwar sind die Bars aller Motel One gleich ausgestattet, aber Zoran und sein Team haben einfach ein Gespür für gute Drinks. Wer unentschlossen ist, der wird umfänglich beraten und alle Gin Liebhaber kommen hier (bei 40 Sorten) voll auf ihre Kosten.
Besonders empfehlen möchte ich aber die Ingwerlimonade. Die ist inzwischen zu meinem Lieblingsgetränk avanciert. Eine pro Abend ist immer drin.

This was our first stay at a Motel One and we could not have been any happier.
The location was easy to find from the airport and parking right under the building was easy and convenient.
The lobby is stunning and the room, was comfortable and clean.
I love the way that the electricity only comes on in the room if you insert your room key into the device by the door. Keeps you from accidentally leaving lights or the tv on when you are not there.
The room was small, but the bed was comfy and the view was sweet! We were right across from a mall and a busy road, but it was quiet.
We did not stay for breakfast, but it looked nice.
The front desk personnel spoke fluent English - which was nice as our newly "learned" German was apparently terrible over there.
The price was very reasonable.

I've stayed at several Motel One locations, and have had only good experiences. This location is the closest one to the main station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof). It's around a 15 minute walk from the station to the hotel. Of all the locations I've been to, I think this one has a better lobby and bar. With other hotels and the convention center nearby, it's really easy to call a taxi or car service and the front desk staff is more than happy to help. I noticed that this latter service is much more obvious in this location compared to others.

The customer service is incredible; five-star treatment. The staff are fluent in English, which is of great help. They've helped me find a nearby shoe repair shop along with the usual tourist recommendations of restaurants and sights.

An added benefit is the Skyline Plaza right across the street, which is incredibly convenient. It's a good mall that even includes a Chipotle if you want a little taste of home (assuming you're also from the US).
