O2 Shop

Ich war in diesem Shop und war eigentlich richtig zufrieden.
Wurde nett und schnell bedient und der Simlock meines Handys wurde schnell entfernt. Der Kauf meines neuen Handys (Prepaid) ging auch relativ schnell und unkompliziert.

Everyone speaks perfect English, when you want to sign the contract. But when it comes to terminating it, suddenly they cannot say a word in English.

o2 mobile phones & contracts, offers some of the best prices for calling & mobile contracts however the o2 network belongs to the so called E-networks in Germany, Hardware of network is still under construction and in development phase hence they are a bit limited in coverage of Internet umts network & hdsp network. I am satisfied however if you are traveling or living in more rural parts of Germany you might get trouble with reception. Prices of vodafone, t-mobile are often double however their network is a D-network and more developed. You get what you pay for! I personally believe that for private use o2 is wonderful.

This review is for O2 in general rather than this specific O2 store. We have been without wireless internet at our home for almost three months now (and are still paying for it, despite our protestations.) We have scheduled at least FIVE appointments where no one showed up. No one. The fact that we had to stay home from work each time for a 6 hour block adds up to 30 hours total, or several work days totally wasted with no apology or compensation for lost time. Someone did finally show up about 2 weeks ago but they said they couldn't access the box to fix our internet because a construction company had scaffolding in the way, and told us WE had to get the scaffolding moved. Keep in mind the scaffolding is blocking dozens if not hundreds of other people's switches in the same box. Whether they are incompetent, incapable, or just don't care, our experience with O2 has just been simply painful.

All around crappy even if you speak some German. The internet services are pretty hopeless unless you speak very good German so that you get through the bureaucracy. There is no customer service. The O2 shops are okay but really reluctant to help out. There are crappier internet services there that have much better customer service ... in the end you will be much happier with the sufficient internet service than going with O2.
