Oper Stuttgart

Stuttgart is famous for its art, not to mention classical music, opera and ballet.
The State Opera Theater is in the heart of the city and makes up for the city's reputation.

As for the seats, it really depends on where you are sitting, but the seats are not terribly uncomfortable and you can see almost everything from anywhere. The operas don't usually offer subtitles, which can be uncomfortable for some, but nevertheless, the theater is lovely.
