      DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will con you out of your money to suggest repairs that aren't the problem at all. I got sucked in for a 250€ repair bill to my washing machine, what a simple You-tube tutorial would have fixed. AND their service was terrible, promising to make contact to arrange an appointment to bring back the reconditioned motor and being completely unreliable.
