It is ok. It will not be our first choice--although some friends of ours love the place.
The service is quick and friendly. The pizza, while MUCH better than anything we have in the US, doesn't stand up to some of the other locations we have found in Europe.
Go there. We won't drive to pick up a pie here, but it is worth the visit.
