Reitstall Klövensteen

Have been to this place many times, but it was ages ago. So I thought it's time to come over again but lunch instead of dinner, biergarten instead of main restaurant.


It didn't disappoint. Delicious food, very nice, relaxing atmosphere, enough visitors but not crowded. I'd say perfect place to have a cold beer on lazy Sunday afternoon. Massive playground makes it even better for those with the kids.


I always test German restaurants by ordering Bratkartofel and here it was really good!


Many guests go there to refresh/eat after their horseriding classes: the restaurant is right at the Kloevensteen stables.


Only one thing I didn't like: service. I was asked for my oder by one person, drinks were brought by other, food was brough by another and table was cleaned up by fourth. But that's not a problem: one of the waiter was really impolite and snobby when she brought thing I didn't order. And for that one star off.
