Restaurant Piaggio

Der Besuch in Dahlem war kein schöner Anlass, demzufolge sind wir ins Restaurant gegangen, diese Entscheidung war richtig. Haben eine Pizza Capricciosa und eine Quattro Stagioni gegessen, waren super groß und sehr lecker. Gut belegt und die Tomatensoße war genau richtig. Das Restaurant war gut besucht am Abend und die nette Kellnerin war allein und mußte ganz schön rennen. Hat uns sehr gefallen dort zu Besuch zu sein.

Awful service. I was met with the rudest server who was immediately hostile towards me and a friend after we sat down. She asked if we were just drinking or if we needed a menu too. I responded we would need a menu and she just shook her head. The whole time she was just entirely rude, shaking her head and saying stuff about us. She asked us what country we were from and then later told us that we would have to leave because she had a huge party inside. Entirely unprofessional and made us feel more than unwelcome for no reason.

somewhat your just above run of the mill pizza place. nice setting, run by actual italians, superb pizza dough. the fact that the tartufo was from the can was rather disenchanting. also tacky pizza plates. while simple and classic one thing or other could be done to give the place a little more profile. over all quite commendable
