Romanfabrik

This is a great place to hold an small office Christmas Party! That was the first thing that came to mind when I first visited the Romanfabrik. I had attended an event there in Nov. 2008 called "Das Debattenduell Offener Debattierwettbewerb für vier Teams". I was still new in Germany and the entire debate was done in German only with a slight twist. The topics to be debated were somewhat outrageous and it must've fun for the two teams to try to come up with logical reasoning for taking a side to these apparently silly topics. Everyone was laughing so it must've been hilarious. It was still fun to watch even though I didn't understand anything. Okay.. it was fun to take photos :-)


I just loved the simplicity of the room's layout, though. Coming from a theatrical background, I could appreciate the space, the stage,m lighting and set up on the second floor.


There's a bar area at the back of the room and I think what gave the room its ambience were the bold, rich, red walls. I normally wouldn't choose red walls but hey, it worked.


Apparently the place holds dance classes and countless other programs, concerts etc..
