This was my first restaurant that I tried while in Germany and I have to say I got nothing but a good experience. Excellent food and excellent service. You will not be disappointed. The meatloaf with egg and steak is a must try.

Extensive vegetarian menu, which was awesome because vegetarians can try a variation of traditional foods like schnitzel!! I had the homemade cheese spatzle and it was the best everrrrrrrrrr. My whole family was pleased with the meal, the portion sizes, and the prices. Would 100% come back if I had the chance.

Bavarian sausages with fried potatoes really hit the spot. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Even if you have limited German (or none at all) the staff can help you out.

Actually wanted to give 3.5 stars . Big portions, the beer we got was pretty good and the waiter said it's a more popular drink here. The pancake was quite heavy because the only filling was creamy cheese. The first few bites were delicious as the pancake was still hot , however the taste just went downhill from there and we couldn't finish it. The schnitzel was a bit dry, but well seasoned . The side salad was very refreshing. I enjoyed the sour dressing and fresh vegetables. Good service. English menu.

Restaurant should not be listed as gluten free. They have no special gluten free food. They are like every restaurant and offer 3-4 "naturally gluten free" items. I was very disappointed to make a special journey there to try their gluten free menu only to be told they do nothing special after he clarified with me that gluten was flour.
Other than the whole not gluten free thing, it is a cute restaurant with a intimate outdoor garden. It is very much a spot locals go to. I had the fried potatoes and cheese (one of the 4 options) and it was lovely.
