Perfectly decent hotel, but some rooms do have a great view!

I stayed here twice in different rooms, one facing the lake and once facing the parking lot, and while both rooms were clean and comfortable, they were quite different. The room facing the parking lot didn't have much of a view but was noticeably larger, while the one facing the lake had a great view it was also quite small. In both cases the bathrooms seemed recently renovated and modern, but the hardwood in the room facing the lake was superior to the carpet in the room facing the parking lot.

While the rooms had (old school, non-HD) TVs, I never even turned them on, so I have no idea what the channel selection was like. Ditto for the WiFi, which is free but which I never tested.

Also ditto for the hotel restaurant; I ended up eating elsewhere so I have nothing to add.

Service was friendly enough (and English-speaking) both times, and check-in was painless.

Overall a perfectly good place to stay, and I'd happily stay here again, but it's still just a basic hotel.
