Quick service, English speaking if needed, plenty of flavor. The menu is large with most of the spread of Asian cuisine available. We usually pick up on our way out of Globus and it's still delicious and warm when we get to the house. Not much of a sitting experience compared to Asian restaurants in the area, but that's not the vibe I look for when I usually get quick Asian food

Here's a full menu for everyone, because no one wants a random zoomed photo of half the menu

Zimtblute Vietnamese restaurant in Einsiedlerhof consistently delivers outstanding service. The welcoming smiles and attentive staff make each visit a pleasure. The lunch menu, especially the pho and spring rolls, is my go-to, providing a delightful break during the workday. Sushi isn't the best but when you have many items in your menu it's hard to perfect that. Efficient service ensures a quick in-and-out experience. The ambience is relaxed and people usually come here for a quick lunch or dinner. I look forward to exploring more of their menu in future visits, and if you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely worth a shot on your lunch break.

Grabbed dinner in the way home last night after hearing the rave of this place. I had the Gen Tso chicken plate, which was a bit pricy at 12€ but it was definitely better than what I've had at other locals around here but I don't know that I would do it again. Got the chicken breast with lemongrass for the husband I asked for extra spicy and he was pleased.
I'm sure we'll try other things to find what is best for us here. Staff was very friendly and quick which is always a bonus!

We had to resort to a new restaurant when the one we wanted was closed.. so this popped up one popped up. Look okay, a little more expensive than Thai Chili House, which is what we wanted. We ordered what we would have ordered at the other restaurant, green curry, red curry, chicken fried rice, beef noodles, plus crab ragoon and spring rolls.

Green curry with squid was grainy. Not as sweet as other green curries. A little bit of spice. Normal amount of veggies and a good variety. Comes with sticky white rice, a good amount.

Red curry with beef, def not sweet at all. Def had a kick, normal amount of veggies and sauce. Comes with white sticky rice.

Chicken fried rice had pretty fresh veggies and not a crazy ton of sit sauce like others.

Beef noodles lacked flavor and seasoning.. almost bland and I had to use a sauce from my kitchen to give it some flavor! Even used the crab ragoon sauce... Still it was not very good.

Both the spring rolls and crab ragoon were so soggy!! And so tiny!! These were the smallest crab ragoons and spring rolls I've ever had...

Probably not coming back here, we will stick with Thai Chili House

So it was my first time there today and I ordered the evening beef curry, soon as I took the first bite I knew that it was totally wrong there was nothing spicy about it at all. I also got some soup that appeared the base labor was ketchup overly sweet. They were very nice people but the food is not good. I even had to get rid of some of soup and replace it with water and add a lot of lemon. Kind of feeling sick to my stomach right now as I type this as it's still in my fridge with the hopes of the flavor changing.

Zimtblüte is my favorite lunch spot in Kaiserslautern.

It's the complete package for the perfect time-to-price-to-food ratio. What caught my attention on my first visit was the crispy sweet and sour duck, and others have found their way to Zimtblüte because of their love for their Globus location.

Their staff works very hard to do all of those little things that I love restaurants to do. Like take a minute to greet you when you walk through the door. Those are the little things that in my mind make a place stand out.

Their menu is also quite accommodating. Vegetarian options, several kinds of meats and soups, combos and specials are all available. And a concise and inexpensive lunch menu is perfect during the work week. I'm still exploring new foods and new dishes, and haven't found one yet I didn't like.

(Really though, you just can't go wrong with their crispy duck)

Overall Zimtblüte is a home run. Their staff is really friendly and nice. The food is cooked and seasoned perfectly, and they're perfect for a quick lunch with coworkers or a sit down dinner with the Mrs. A diamond in a rough of the local area.

Bad service: what happened with their claim that they want their clients to be totally satisfied. I ordered a sesame chicken, which is a breaded chicken breast on top of a sauce and rice. As soon as I tasted it I knew I could not eat it anymore! Minimal amount of a tasteless chicken inside layers of tasteless fried flour. I reported I did not like the dish expecting they would offer another selection. I was wrong, they could not care less. They lady in charge would not come to listen to my opinion and her daughter was very set in saying that everybody likes the dish so it is my problem if I did not like it. I told her this is first time I am treated like this in a restaurant, so I am sure to never return or support this one. What a bad service in my opinion!

The best "Asian" food you'll find in the area. All the other Chinese restaurants I've tried have sent my husband to the bathroom and been extremely dissappointing! It is kid friendly with a play station in the front of the restaurant to keep kids entertained. The service is pretty good and the place is clean.
