Extremely disrespectful, i was told an hour so I left for over an hour and came back, the gentleman who helped me when I came back was rude and started to get hostile with me after I asked how much longer as I was just curious, and he started to get snappy and saying it wouldn't get in a bay for another 1.5 hours, when I asked why it would be so much longer he started saying I was entitled and yelling in front of other customers, extremely unprofessional, so I went to RUCKI'S in Holyoke, Mass, who helped me immediately and was understanding of the previous situation

Amazing food for a great price, amazing drinks as week, very surprised since is kind of reserved but so amazing

Extremely over priced, I understand it's a big attraction but there should be a system to regulate how many people go in, like intervals, so over packed, for the price you pay there is nothing to show for it, there's barely anything to look at, you have about 4 actual sections to look at that aren't that big, none of the staff seems to actually enforce anything, signs everywhere saying no climbing yet little kids are constantly climbing and banging on the glasses, yes it's a fun family activity but there should be respect to the property and the animals, same with no flash photos yet everyone is taking them without realizing it stresses the animals outs, and yes signs are posted everywhere yet no one follows them
