Ok food. Grumpy waiters. Expensive. Bring you tap water, but only after being pressed into it, with the gesture of bringing you a porn magazine.

I did not finish their Carbonara, it was not good. At all. But they didn't put in on the check. They charge for the water/don't offer tap water. Go to Pianostrada instead!

This is a very nice, low-key Indian place -- an eatery, really. Delicious and affordable dhal, spiced just right. Again, they don't take the 10% off Yelp check-in voucher, so I guess Yelp should stop offering that.

This is a great class restaurant, and worth all the ado. I can't believe I have to add it to yelp. Great, smart food, lovely service, small nice place. It's a Momofuku kind of cooking: they take Thai as their point of departure and then do crazy, delicious things to it.
No cocktails. The wine is good, not great, the selection limited.
Prices very affordable.
Minus: the chairs are stools. Boo.
