      I keep asking myself what has happened to the Celebrity Cruise Lines? I have waited over 2 years to finally cruise again after all our other cruises were canceled. We chose the small ship Infinity solely for rhe Turks and Caicos. We kept calling prior to boarding to make sure the itinerary wouldn't change or ship would be diverted. We were reassured nothing has changed even the night before boarding. When we get on, the itinerary was change and all the printed material and TV channel was changed to Mexico. What a disappointment. Thank you for keeping the passengers safe, but at least be honest. I would have canceled if I have known. The ship has 900 less passengers, but everyone is worried about less tips. As for the ship, pass! It should be retired. The Summit is so much nicer. Rust, dirty windows, mold, broken tiles, and worn-out carpet. We have adjoining rooms with out friends and both rooms have burnt out lights and ballasts for the fixtures. As for the entertainment, they try so hard. "A" for effort. We paid for the upgrade WiFi, worked half the time, constantly down due to weather? It is cloudy? As for the the food, horrible in the Oceanview Cafe, good in the main dining, and great in specialty dining. As a Healthcare provider, I am concerned about the spread of COVID-19. Some staff without mask, few with mask, and some with N95. Not very worried about hand hygiene. I could add so much more. It has crushed my faith as a member of the Captains Club with Celebrity Cruise Lines.

      I wish I had looked at the reviews. I have American Home Shield warranty, and they sent Arbuckle Electric, Zach. I was having fluctuations in power and brown outs. He checked the breaker box; unscrewed the panel cover, looked around, and said nothing was wrong. He said I should call KCP&L, which I did. They came out in an hour after Zach left. KCP&L checked the meter and opened the meter box and found issues with the wiring on my end. The wiring from the meter to the breaker panel was damaged and needed to replaced. I had to have a different electrician fix the obvious problem. Please don't have them come to your house unless you have good fire insurance!

      Well, they are trying to get the new location issues out of the way. The drive thru is convenient if you wish to wait in car for your order. Unfortunately, it takes just as long if not longer with the drive thru. Same great burgers and custard.
