Across from Caltrain you can find THE BEST breakfast grab and go! I go in there on my way to school in the mornings at least once a wk. I'm in love w their basic breakfast sando. Egg, ham/bacon, & chz! The bun is super soft and I always get it w avocado! So damn good! I took my Wife there and she fell in love w it too! Now she takes our Son there w her on their way to school & work sometimes.

Banana, kale, & avocado smoothie's our fave too!
Must try the burger as well! So juicy w tons of flavor!

Huge fan of the fresh drip coffee, but they offer up some rad espresso recipes and non dairy alternatives as well.
Tea selections are very nice!

Gotta also try the banana bread, cinnamon rolls, & chco chip cookies when they're available!

You can grab a quick freshly made salad or diced fruits.
I've been tryinta work my way through the menu, but I'm stuck on one or two things that I just cannot budge from for now.

It's a tiny humble place, but i love the way the interior design and the outdoor seating along w a huge sliding window that opens up. My Wife and I love the antique looking stirring spoons on the coffee condiment station. The little details that went into the cafe.
Anyhow, I'm sure you'll find your own connection w it if you spend a lil time there yourself.

The culture is warm, welcoming, as well as friendly, and talented I'd like to add!

Best cafe and breakfast food in downtown Redwood City in my opinion.

My 1st job in high school was with a Sonic drive through a couple blocks away from my school back in Tx..
I remember football games and homecoming! Nightmares!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff that worked this past Sat.! I was cravin a double animal style and stopped in after work around 1230 am not knowing what I was walkin into.

IT WAS PROM NIGHT!
The place was packed w teenagers and a full line in the drive through!

I thought I was in for a long wait, but the crew were handling it like pros! I had my food in about 10mins!

Was nice to see all the young ones enjoying their night. Even the staff were smilin and just crankin out all that food! Everyone was havin fun in the kitchen workin together to get things done.

I just wanted to say I appreciate y'all and thank you for bein there so late at night!

Been cravin Asian food lately. Popped in from the across the street Target hungry for some fried rice. The food's consistent and really good value. I could barely finish my 3 plate combo. Had a small side of jalapeño wings cuz they were calling to me. Ladies are sweet and I was fixed up, fed, my noodle soup to go was on the table before I returned from washing my hands, and I was able to catch the next approaching ECR bus headed to work full and happy!

I'll stop by again sometime.

This place is straight up PAISA! Love't! It's been a while, but i stopped in cuz i know they make a good barbacoa. I ordered tacos de camarones and mixed them w the beef to create my own surf & turf tacos.

They don't offer avocado/guacamole!
Bummer! That's a huge one for me. So I can't theow down that 5th star.

I understand avocados are expensive so next time I'll bring my own.

The upside is you can have a bottled cerveza w your meal.

Negra Modelo's my all time fave.

I love hole in the wall places like this one. So don't be an impatient sour puss. Wait time can be a bit longer than expected. Tortilla options are package or handmade which take time. So if you're in a super rush I'd call ahead or just come back another time. No one likes an asshole huffin and puffin in line. Keep that negativity to yourself.

But it's worth the wait. The barbacoa is nice and tender and flavorful.

Pay w the cash register lady. She may not be too loquacious, but that's cuz they're popular and busy. Tight squeeze inside, but you may be able to snag a table outside.
