Presenting the already finalist for this year's Worst of Uptown Minneapolis....

Mother's Day four course special brunch.

First course featured a cup of vegetable soup which my kids had which was even worst than opening up a can of a 1980s condensed Campbell's soup. The beat salad was two slices of beets that was no better than the jar beets you can purchase at Walmart.

Second course was bread. Yes, bread, and did I say that it was also cold chewy and tough? Served with shredded Parmesan cheese that likely came from a big Sysco food service package. It was salty and utterly disgusting.

Main course was cold salmon. But hey, it probably came out of the ocean cold right? The lasagna was a lot of cheese and what tastes like either cardboard or ground horse meat.

My recommendation is for you to save yourself some aggravation and drive down Lake Street for a large crave pack of White Castle sliders.

Mediocrity at best. Food equated to frozen Indian food entrees I would find at Trader Joes or a local grocer. The chicken tikka masala was not heavy in spices and chicken pieces were very dry. Bhindi masala was clearly reheated from a previously frozen state. The worst part was Baingan bharta was very watered down with tomatoes in a texture that resembles pico de gallo. Restrooms were nasty, rundown and consisted of CO2 canisters and other storage. It reminded me much of NYC Chinatown for those of you who can relate to that... So in summary go here if you are desperate. I was driving through from Dallas and needed a hot meal so shame on me :)

Super fresh ingredients but slow kitchen for a small establishment. We waited for nearly 45 minutes for our order then the server advised us that they lost our snapper order and also ran out of fish. My dinner date was certainly a bit unhappy. We ended up getting the roasted hen instead which was very well prepared. The risotto with summer vegetable dish was very tasty. The wine selection was limited but was adequate to pair with our entrees. Aside from the wait and kitchen error, I would highly recommend coming here. Very romantic and intimate ambiance; and also wonderful patio area outside with candlelight.

This store is new and immaculate. I love the clientele here and even better, the friendly pharmacists are ready and willing to help with consultation, vaccinations and just filling our prescriptions. I definitely recommend you visiting if you live or work near the area. It is convenient and accessible just off the corner of Clark and Wheatland.

Very decent and I was pleasantly surprised to find such fine and diverse Vietnamese cuisine in Oklahoma City! Coming from Dallas I thought it would be downhill experience as I go north. The pho is full of meat, the vegetables are abundant, the banh hoi bo la lot and thit nuong xa is fantastic! To name this place Pho KL is an understatement of what they have to offer! A must visit if you're around Classen Blvd!
