First trip here, we love Tapas and have tried all the Tapas options on the West Side. This is definitely one of the best. Excellent service and food, attractive venue, pretty reasonable prices considering how expensive most of our restaurants have gotten. We had the patatas bravas, ham croquetas, spanish meatballs, shaved artichoke, and the ham and chicken paella. All were delicious. I particularly like that they have 2 non-sea-food options for paellas, and the paella came out pretty fast (about 25 minutes). The churros are stuffed with nutella and came out hot and crispy, i really liked them, but they are "mini-churros" rather than the usual size. You get 6 so 3 per person is about equivalent to 1 normal churro. We also were happy to find that they have a little Spanish market there with lots of Spanish products - it's like a mini-Spanish Eataly. The restaurant has 2 rooms, if you sit in the room on the market-side of the restaurant it's a lot quieter than the other room, where the noise level is pretty intolerable.
Been using this store since it opened. Parking is easy as it is in a large strip mall with a generous sized parking lot and several street entrances with Ralphs and CVS, laundry, Pollo Loco, Sees, and a variety of other stores. The staff are always super polite and helpful and rarely have to stand in line. I used to go to the UPS Store at Olympic and Sawtelle but the parking there is a nightmare, the store is cramped, and you almost always have to stand in line. So this has been a huge improvement for our neighborhood.

Thank you for the review, Ray D.! Much appreciation from everyone here at The UPS Store.
Our first visit to Xuntos a month or two ago was was great. Service and food were both 5 star. Sad to say our second visit last night was a mess. The place was extremely busy and our server seemed overwhelmed and would leave us with an empty table for long periods of time. The empanada was cold by the time it got to us and the crispy eggplant barely warm, the pork ribs were much too salty, the tortilla española was not fully cooked and the egg inside was still raw, they forgot the croquetas completely amd only brought them at the end because we asked about them. The only dish that was delivered in good condition was the patatas bravas. Normally we would stay for dessert and coffee but that seemed like a losing proposition so we just skipped it. To add insult to injury Xuntos has a "mandatory" 20% service fee that is "nonnegotiable". I don't have any problem with a 20% tip in general, the restaurant life is hard, but this is one of the rare occasions where I would have felt justified in leaving a minimal tip or no tip at all. Pretty sad. We will not be going back.
Last of our many visits to Craft LA I'm afraid. Saw an announcement on Instagram today that their last dinner service will be Thanksgiving day, 5 days from now. We have always loved coming here. Great food that's always consistent, beautiful venue, great service, and relatively quiet so it's not a struggle to carry on a conversation. We will miss you Craft.
Been many times to Craft since that first review. The service, quality, quiet atmosphere, and ambiance never disappoint. Consistently an excellent experience. Most recently went to Craft for the New Year's Eve Pris Fixe dinner. Several shared dishes for the first course - lobster ceviche, mache and hidden rose apple, and speck wrapped quail (awesome). For the main course we chose the short rib tortellini and the scallops, both delicious and perfectly prepared. The shared sides were cauliflower and mushrooms. For dessert - Birkenstock with apple and fennel, German chocolate tart with pecan and coconut caramel, and ice cream and sorbet. With a couple of tasty muffins as a going away present for the morning.
After years of procrastination, finally made it to Craft for #DineLA. Definitely lived up to its reputation for service, location, and ambiance. Food was good to great. Liked the presentation of appetizers and desserts on larger plates "for the table," as everyone was able to try several different things and there was plenty for everyone. The Jidori Chicken and Veal Sausage main courses were quite good. Bill was $360 for 4 people including tip, drinks and wine.
Another Jackson Kalb restaurant (following on Ospi) although he's not one of the chefs. You would think there would be an emphasis on seafood based on the name, but it's pretty eclectic with lots of pasta and meat. The space is very nice, especially for sitting outdoors, it's in the old Bottlefish location. Try the Mandilli pasta, it's unique and delicious. The ice cream sundae is worth the trip by itself.
