I decided to treat myself to a birthday lunch today. I was very excited as I never buy lunch out and was felling so fancy! I'd specifically ordered the meal without any garlic (significant food intolerance). I opened the food once I was at work and took a bite and UH OH, realize it is literally covered in garlic . Like every inch of the entree has tiny bits of garlic all over it; no way to remove it and try to avoid digestive catastrophe. I called to ask/complain and they said "the sauce has it in it already" and I asked could they make me a new one without garlic and they said no. So I can't eat any of my birthday meal that I have just paid for. How do you not follow the order request, refuse to make new food, and then not offer a refund? Hard pass on wasting money here again.

delicious and beautiful food. the space is calm and lovely.

the prix fixe dinner is a great choice/deal for only $29.95:
      salad or soup
      2 appetizers
      choice of entree & rice/kimchi
      dessert
      choice of tea

      i'll go back, for sure.

i've been living/shopping in chinatown long enough to become well-accustomed to the rampant loogie-hocking. but good god, inside of a store? really?

i'm walking down one one the creepy, smelly, dimly lit aisles, when i see an employee/owner high on a ladder (at one of the upper shelves) hock a loogie straight down many feet onto the floor of the store. repulsive much?

i think i'll look elsewhere for my toxic-smelling and flimsy 99¢ crap from now on.

      one more time? probably not.

over the last few years there have been at least 3 thai restaurants in this same location and they have gone progressively downhill. the main ingredient in the vegetarian dishes here seems to be an overwhelming amount of raw & cooked onions and greasy sauce. i'd like some actual food with my onions and sauce, please. the servings are small and given that the vegetable/protein-onion ratio is so poor, i've been left hungry every time.

was hoping it would be good as it's one one the only thai places that delivers in the 'hood, but not so much.

Crispy Vegetarian BBQ Pork Belly: that's what i said and i meant it. and it's delicious.

ordered delivery from the vegetarian/vegan menu. everything was pretty tasty and the servings are large. i would love to try some other dishes another time.
