Following a issue with FedEx losing a replacement iPhone, an unsuccessful visit to Apple on Michigan Ave, and several calls to Apple Support, we finally went to the Lincoln Park location for assistance. John, the representative who helped us, was extra dedicated, and went above and beyond by making several phone calls to different agents trying to get things resolved on Apple's back end. Finally after it looked like that was possibly going to delay us for another day, he found a creative solution that ultimately resolved our issue and had us walking out with a new phone. It even worked out to our benefit. He also ensured that our new phone was successfully connected and stayed with us throughout the process. This is definitely the location we'll come back to if we have any issues in the future.

I came here for the board games but I'm coming back for the food!

Holy cow this food was amazing. We played a fun game and the game host came back many times to make sure we understood the rules, but the conversation kept coming back to how amazed we were with the food. From the everything-made-from-scratch burger to the pho ga popcorn with fried chicken skin and ca ri Vietnamese curry fries with Thai chiles, everything had us blown away.

The atmosphere was so fun too! Lots of hanging plants and a cool indoor street vibe. Games were stored in an old bank vault. Just so much fun!

      Transcendent.

Yelp won't let me leave a one word review, but that's all you need to know.

This is just one delivery experience, and I know how varied that can be, but I had to make a post because I was so blown away. I'm a hardcore sushi fanatic, but I've been extra discriminating about all sushi lately after a bad experience at an unrelated place. My girlfriend had a craving and ordered a few rolls. I asked for just an appetizer. When it got here though, the fish looked and smelled fresh so I gave it a shot. The sushi rice was the best I've had in recent memory. Not just in Chicago, but including some high quality places I've been to in San Francisco. It was tender and flaky, but not crumbly. Moist and flavorful, but not overly starchy. The flavors were creative and well-balanced, and the sauces didn't overpower the fish. I can't wait to try the nigiri next time.

This is from the perspective of two adult city-dwellers without kids. So if you're a family coming from the suburbs, YMMV. We came without high expectations and really enjoyed this "pop-up". The attraction here is the outdoor experience in the middle of the city. They did a good job with the lights and corn maze making a small area feel like a larger outdoor spot.

There were some quirks and hiccups, which are hard to swallow with the $25 admission pill, and I can understand the people in the more disappointed reviews, but we had fun!

      Things to know:
      - It seems like the rules in this place are being made up as they go. If you go in another week, you may have a much different experience once they've worked out the kinks.
      - There are something like 5 identical bars, and at 8:30pm on a Thursday, they were packed.
      - There are no fancy beers (I ended up getting a Tecate)
      - The cider they had for us was canned. I think they may have had homemade earlier.
      - A beer and cider ticket came with 3 drink tickets. We were told on entering that they were for 3 *tastings* OR one large cider. When we got to the bar, they said they just changed it, and each ticket was good for a can of cider or a beer. Canned cider was good! Our favorite was the mango habanero cider.
      - Cocktails available and included with a cocktail ticket were: a mixed shot, gin and tonic, and Captain and coke OR a single beer or cider can. A disappointment since I got this ticket, and my girlfriend won the cider ticket lottery.
      - When we were there, there were two food trucks. Art of Chicken, and an understated latin food truck.
      - It's definitely built for Instagram, but you would definitely not confuse it with 29 Rooms.
      - The corn "maze" is relatively small and not much of a maze. We found one dead end. It was fun to explore, and there were a few surprises inside.
      - Carnival games were carnival games (i.e. way too expensive, only moderate fun, and for ridiculously cheap prizes). There was a cork gun, throw a baseball at plates, and toss a ball in a basket. $3 for 1 shot/ball, $5 for 3, $10 for 10. We did the cork gun and the plate breaking game and split a $10 for each. We came away with a stuffed beer "bottle" and just the right amount nostalgia of feeling ripped off.
      - No one was uptight about anything. The lady running the cork gun was walking right in front of the gun and someone lifted it in front of her face (not on purpose), and she seemed completely unfazed. There were some Red Ryder wagons, and we saw some people were sitting in them and rolling around. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't some drunken s*** show, but the organizers weren't killing any vibes.
