Dr. med.Markus Seidel

Ich bin in allem positiv überrascht. Die Terminvergabe war sehr kurzfristig da ich Ohr-schmerzen hatte. Wartezeit war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Dr. Seidel wirkte sehr kompetent. Kurzerhand wurde (auch ohne Wartezeit) ein Hörtest gemacht. Der Helfer war freundlich und schnell. Ich hatte mit dem vierfachen an Zeitaufwand gerechnet. Danke für diese schnelle und gute Behandlung!
Die Praxis ist auch von der Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und Stilvoll.
Fazit:
Meiner Erfahrung nach sehr Empfehlenswert.

My entire experience here was pretty smooth. I called up as a new patient and was given an appointment for the following week. I showed up and was helped and seen right away.

Dr. Seidel speaks English, as does at least one member of his staff. The office is small, but clean. The entire appointment took maybe 15 minutes from beginning to end.

The only complaint is that they billed me directly instead of my insurance, which means I have to do the extra legwork of writing my insurance company and forwarding the bills. But it's a minor inconvenience, really.

Fast, efficient, easy to get appointments. I've been now five times and while Dr. Seidel is not a chatty guy, he's friendly and good at what he does.

I have been a patient of Dr Seidel since years. I have never made an appointment in advance as my issues have always been rather urgent (tonsillitis) so I have had to wait some time in the neat and clean waiting area of his office. However I have never been refused a check up. Furthermore I must add that Dr Seidel is a competent and a patient doctor. As my German is not that great, it is an advantage that he speaks good English. My only complaint is in regards to the female nurse/receptionist who - in a true Berlin fashion - has been unfriendly and appears rude, to say the least. So my 5 stars go to Dr Seidel and his office.

I would say look elsewhere for an English speaking HNO in Berlin. Dr. Seidel was impatient and not particularly friendly. I asked for a simple explanation of the hearing test I'd received and all he said was 'you're perfectly fine' before seating himself at his computer with a 'that is all'.
